Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. Is the jewellery on your website real gold or silver?

No. All our jewellery is imitation/artificial unless specifically mentioned otherwise. We focus on high-quality designs that replicate the charm of traditional jewellery at affordable prices.

Can I return or exchange the jewellery I purchased?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, jewellery items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the product is damaged or defective. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear images to be eligible for resolution.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with:

  • A proper unboxing video (from start to finish)

  • Clear photos of the damage or issue
    Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are only given if a replacement is unavailable.

Can I cancel a customized order?

Customized products (like name jewellery or size-specific Thakurji Shringar) are made to order and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged after confirmation.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment. Delivery time depends on your location and courier partner. Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

Are divine idols or religious items returnable?

No. For religious and hygiene reasons, divine idols (murtis), frames, and other devotional items are strictly non-returnable unless damaged in transit. Report damages within 24–48 hours with proper proof.

What is your return policy for kids’ stationery and gifts?

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect. Returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind or preference. Issues must be reported within 48 hours with photos.
